my first adventure

my computer died today. actually, if we're gonna get technical, it died yesterday afternoon, or whenever it came down with the virus. i was trying to download the life aquatic soundtrack because i've been craving that really cool computery song from the movie - you know, the part where they're dancing in the wet suits and stuff. i don't really remember what happens, all i know is it's funny and i want the damn song. so stupid direct connect only let me download about half the cd and the other half was replaced with like 15 viruses.
so anyway, i get the stupid virus notification at like 2 in the afternoon and spend the next 10 hours trying to restart my computer and run norton and all the stuff they tell you on the norton website. apparently a sociology major does not equal computer science and i gave up around 4 today. if you do the math that makes..... way too many hours of me crying about the goddamn piece of plastic. but at least i got a loaner computer to keep me entertained for the next couple days.

in other news, i painted my toenails the color of "luminous lilac." god, what does that even mean!

this post was really lame and boring, so i'll add an adventure that did not happen to me. archana stepped in dog crap today and proceeded to blame ME for the putrid smell in mikey's car. what the hell!? i shower more often than anyone i know and she blames me?? so anyway, dumb slut tracked shit all the way through rite aid before noticing the mess. good thing i made her take off her shoes before entering the apartment.
